FACTS is our online ordering system. Here are your options for placing lunch orders:
Daily Ordering: Parents can place student lunch orders in FACTS until 8:30 AM each morning, Monday - Friday.
Monthly Pre-ordering: You have the option to pre-order a month ahead of time.
In-Classroom Ordering: Students can also place their lunch order in the classroom each morning.
Important Note on Late Orders: If you place your student's order after 8:30 AM for the current day, we will not receive the order, and your student will receive the main entree lunch being served for that day.
Once your FACTS account is set up, here's how to order lunches:
Go to: https://factsmgt.com/login/
Under "For Families," click on Family Portal Login.
Enter our district code spl-mi, User Name, Password, then login.
Select Student then lunch.
At the top of the page, choose Create Web Order.
At this point, you will place your child's order.
All lunches include a choice of white, strawberry, or chocolate milk, a fruit, and a vegetable. When ordering an extra main entree item, you must also order the main entree. Once you have entered your choices, scroll to the bottom left and select Order Items. If you have multiple children, you will do this for each child on this same page. Multiple children will be listed one after another; scroll down to see all.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a message on the next screen indicating "Lunch Order Created."
To review your completed order, select Lunch on the left side of the screen. Your lunch choices will then appear on the calendar in blue font. (Note: Phone screen view may differ slightly from computer view.)
Please Note: You will not be charged for any lunches in the FACTS system. FACTS is only an ordering system. All lunch charges will be applied to your Meal Magic account on the day your child receives their lunch. All charges will come through the Meal Magic System. Your child will not be charged if they are absent.
Meal Magic is your online account for checking balances, viewing account history, and depositing funds for pre-ordered lunches, a la carte items, or snacks.
